So I love...
I love that my Zune HD Original that i bought on September 27th has NOT even shipped yet. Wanna know why? EVEN  THOUGH the text i put on my device fit perfectly on the site they were not able to get it on the actual Zune HD. The best part it, they didn't even care to contact me and tell me that they were having a difficulty. Yep. Their bulls**t response was "We are currently working on a resolution for this issue, and should have further information shortly." Basically, they e-mailed me after I waited a week to freaking hear from them because I didn't receive a shipping e-mail or anything. I was hoping I was like the others on this forum who didn't receive an e-mail and their Zune HD just arrived at their door. I'm glad I e-mailed them because they would of freakin' done it. I had to e-mail them to get a response of what the hell was going on. They could of completely blew through this issue if only they would contact me and say "hey, sorry, we made a mistake, the text you chose couldn't fit, can you think of something else to put?" But, NOPE appears they were just gonna sit there with their fingers up their a**es just sitting with my money doing nothing. I am COMPLETELY irritated with the Zune Originals team, I think they should get their methods fixed. I told them i better get my $15 back and they better find a way to get my Zune HD here within a day when it ships, i recommended teleporters. So, anyone else have a horrible experience with the Zune Originals team like I did? Hopefully I'll get my Zune BEFORE oh, October 27? Cause, you, know, that would be a month. God Zune Originals, you guys piss me off.

Wow, at least there's an actual reason why yours was delayed.  I'd actually feel pretty good if I knew WHY the eff mine hasn't shipped yet.  

If it makes you feel any better, there are plenty of us on the forums who ordered within the first few days with expedited shipping and still haven't gotten any sort of shipping confirmation yet.  And there's no apparent reason for our delays.

Like you, I'm getting more and more upset with each passing day.  Cancelling my order is getting more tempting, but I can't help thinking that the day I cancel my order will be the day that they'll finally ship the damned thing to me.  At least I know I'll never risk ordering from Zune Originals again.

yeah i know exactly how you feel, but i paid for the express shipping, and wow was i completely pissed off when they sent me the e-mail saying oh we ran into an error with your order and it hasn't shipped yet, but you can get started before you get the zune by downloading the software! ....this almost made me want to punch whoever wrote the e-mail and be like... you expect me to just say oh ok it didn't ship yet when its been a week? and by the way I ALREADY HAVE THE SOFTWARE, I HAD IT SINCE THE ZUNE 30 CAME OUT! god i hate them.

I purchased my Zune HD yesterday with NO ARTWORK OR INSCRIPTION and am still waiting for a shipping notice. I don't understand why they couldn't just see my order, process it, take one off the shelf and send it off already. Who knows, maybe they did though.

Seriously?  Dude, there are those of us that ordered within the first days of release who still haven't gotten shipping confirmation yet.  I think that you waiting a day for your Zune to ship is the least of Microsoft's concerns.

Oh, and by the way.. mine was a plain Blue too without artwork or inscription.

I ordered mine the 15 and arrived yesterday..and you are complaing for a week from delay. Dint you notice all the ffeck up orders, you should have been prepared. Oh and what the hell you put, your biography?

btw mines a blue 32gb with the planet engraving..delicious

Oops, I said shipping notice, what I meant was order notice. They still haven't even charged my credit card. It's a valid concern.

Haha, that makes a bit more sense! ;)  Visit the order status page.. did they give you a confirmation number after you ordered?

Well that was fast! Yesterday I get the charge on my credit card and my order confirmation after some delay, and then this morning I got my shipping confirmation!! Surprise [:O]

I really wanted the planet engraving, but decided to get nothing after seeing everyone's shipping horror stories with the ZOs. Not to mention I wanted a blue one, and some have been having delay issues receiving their blue Zunes.
