Where can I buy a Zune Pass gift card? Nobody sells them online.

I would like to purchase 3-month and 6-month subscription cards for Christmas. I've searched everywhere online and Amazon was the only store I could find that sells a Zune Pass subscription card. Unfortunately Amazon are sold out so there is nowhere to get them right now. They don't even carry anything other than a 1-month subscription usually.

Wow, they don't seem to be available anywhere.

The Zune Store is only carrying 12 month passes.
