re: Zune HD has shipped, and...

...it is the wrong one.

I ordered a 32GB Zune HD within 30 minutes of the Zune Originals site putting them up for sale. 14 business days later, they ship one with the wrong tattoo. I've already sent their support line a message about it and asked for a refund. This is the first and last time time I will do business with ZO.

This is unfortunate because I'm a huge fan of the Zune platform. I have a Pass, use the software to manage my music and have three players. I can't wait until Zune is integrated with the 360. I will continue recommending Zune as an alternative to the iTunes ecosystem, but I can't recommend ZO to anyone who wants to buy a Zune.

My sentiments exactly.

I have to admit that Fed Ex does not mess around.

The shipping notification was sent on Monday. My Zune arrived an hour or so ago. Part of me was hoping that the right tattoo was on there so that I could just keep it. Sure enough, the Chicago Fire logo was staring back at me.
