re: Looking for some neo-tango style music

I'm looking for some tango style music with an big backbeat.  Something that is tangoish yet also club-ready.  I have a pretty small list so far...

• A lot of stuff by Tanghetto
• Some Shakira (classics like Hips Don't Lie)
• Thievery Corporation

It's for a dance/play type of thing I'm doing and I'd like something to start slow like a tango and then build/explode into more of a club feel.  I'm sure I'm missing a ton of great albums, I just don't know where to look :)

ha ha "Hips Don't Lie" is far from being a Shakira classsic.

You know, I'd almost forgotten about this thread.

• Aubade - Sensualidad (love their compilations, their calendar and of course their lingerie ;))

• Lecons De Tango (another great Aubade compilation)
• Electronic Tango
• Tango Chill Sessions
• Tosca

Of course these days I'd just use Smart DJ to give me suggestions, that plus a Zune Pass is the new musical crack.
