Thoughts on new rating hearts?
Zune has a new rating system. Instead of stars you click on a heart. But only 1 heart. Any opinions on this?

Mine would be: change back to stars! or make it 5 hearts because now its harder to seperate what you like from what you really like.

Personally, I like the hearts better than the stars.

how bout an option for both... 5 stars/hearts for advanced users and the current heart system for beginers/simplistic users

The single heart isn't that bad due to it's simplicity.
I feel this new rating system is good enough, however it could be better.
I'd say three hearts would make it a bit better (detail-wise.)

I never really used the rating system, anyway.  My feelings about songs change so much, mood to mood, so forth.  It just seemed like so much work to rate them.

That said, if I don't like a song, why do I have it in my library ;)

I prefer the stars over the hearts. The stars gave more room to move so to speak.
With the stars i dont even bother on rating anymore of my songs.
Its just doesnt satisfy the heirarchy my music is acustomed to.

They need to bring back the stars, hearts are lame the new Zune is already girly looking already.

I have the 24GB of music on the thing. I really don't want to have to sift through all that and think, "How much do I really like this song?" It makes it much easier for me. What I don't like is that you're now signifying by a broken heart that you don't like the song, which, with the "delete" option directly underneath it in the left-click drop-down menu, nullifies using that as a means to mark it for deletion. So why have it? And why have a song in your Zune that you don't like?
