Horrible Thumbnail / Album Art Images

Ever since 4.0 the thumbnail images of album art in the Zune Software and Zune.net have been horrible.

I thought 4.0 was all about HD?

Looks like that specific image was fixed... but there are so many more that are beyond horrible.
