I own two 30GB zunes and one 120GB sune. The 30GB zunes are for my kids and the 120GB is mine. Each kid has their own Zune library by logging onto their own Windows account. We have all been able to access each person's library through the XBOX 360 when using 3.0. Since downloading 4.0 I can no longer access my library due to an inability to keep the media sharing boxes (music, video, and pictures) selected in the Zune 4.0 software. I check the boxes and hit OK and then immediately go back into settings and the media sharing boxes are unchecked again. I was alble to select these boxes and keep them selected when logging into Windows with both of my kids Windows accounts. Their libraries are found and easily played by the XBOX 360. I am able to access my Windows Player 11 ripped CDs through the XBOX 360 without any issues. This problem is exclusive to Zune 4.0 and my Windows account (administrator). I attempted a call to Zune support but when I found out that the rep was even aware that the XBOX 360 could access a Zune music on a PC I knew I was heading down a dead end road. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
