Play counts not being updated

Since the "upgrade" in the Social my play counts are not being updated.

In the Zune 4.0 software, the number sometimes increases and sometimes decreases again.

Now what?

I think I had some success with setting my sync options to automatic. But that's a poor workaround if you don't want that option.

This really needs to be fixed.

I'm having the similar problem. My profile is saying that I haven't listened to any songs, but I have x_x weird.

We would need to see a Fiddler trace to troubleshoot plays not uploading from the software; we don't have a systemic problem in this area right now.
