Oh, okay - weird! I've never heard of such a problem. I will send this report on to the account management team and ask them for help.
It would be interesting to know, though, if you can get into your account through the Zune software. Try going to settings - account - privacy settings to see what happens - and if that works, try one of the links that goes back out to the web from the software.
