Problème

Bonjour, J'ai un problème avec mon zune !!! quelqu'un peut m'aider ??? j'ai fait un
reset a partir du programme et la quand j'ouvre mon zune ya un message qui dit " Nettoyage du contenu. Veuillez patienter." ca fait presqu'une journée que je patiente ...

J'aimerais bient t'aider mais je n'ai jamais utilisé la fonction reset, cependant j'y songeais dernièrement afin de peut-être régler mon problème de videos qui gèlent! Où est l'option dans la programme Zune? J'ai cherché mais je n'ai pas trouvé...
