10 to 14 business days!? I paid for express shipping 5 - 7 days.
Why does the email for my order say standard shipping when i paid for Express?

When I ordered it gave two options for shipping.
$5.00 Standard shipping
$15.00 Express Shipping.

What the hell?!

If you haven't done so yet, be sure to send an email to ZuneOrders@css.one.microsoft.com about it. I never got an email either, and after sending them a message about it they informed me that my order was under review. I contacted them again today and no one got back to me yet.

You may need to hound them about it.

The shipping status on the confirmation emails is a known bug, same thing happened to me, I emailed em and they said that as long as I paid the $15 it will be shipped express...

I had the same issue - I called the 800 number and got a pretty cool rep - she confirmed that it would be the express shipping and that I should get another email confirming that. That was the 15th, still don't have any email confirming that its been sent... SO, i'm hoping that it will be in my hands on the 7th business day. Can't wait

Sweet thanks! i figured i wasnt the only one but its nice to have someone else confirm they had the same problem. Yay hopefully i'll get mine earlly next week!

I'm glad I am not alone on this and thanks for posting the email address. I couldn't find it anywhere on their support page. I will email them now (while I am sitting on hold with support). BTW did anyone else have a problem ordering from the Zune Original page? It took me two days to get the the model I wanted in the darn cart. It kept locking up if I tried to include any engraving on my order.

Glad I found this thread, although I just complained about this in the shipping line thread. I'll call the rep later when I get off of work but I feel much more at ease now. Same shipping thing happened to me.
