C00D11CD error after formating my zune help!

So, I had to format my zune 80 completely(content+firmware) i did that by holding back+center+play

After all ops were made zune says-step 1 connect your device to pc>step 2 on your pc.........-that opens zune software(4.0 installed) it starts searching for updates but then that error pops up.

What screen says:
Error during player update. Your player has encountered an error while trying to update to the latest software. Please try update your player again.
Summary: An unknown error occured.
Error Code: C00D11CD (80070057)

Your player has not been updated to the latest software.

And that's every time i trying to connect zune to pc!

So, what the hell?

I have a similar problem, I was able to update my software to 4.0 on my PC but everytime I connect my Zune 120 to my computer it searches for the driver and takes a good 5 minutes before I can sync music to my Zune. The trouble i'm having is trying to update my firmware from 3.1 to 3.20, when I try to update "An unknown error occured." C00D11CD (800B0100) happens. I'v restarted my computer, updated Vista to SP2 and it still occurs so i'm stuck using the old firmware.

Try reinstall zune software.

There a person that update  two computer and it kick out both cd players.

Got mine working by discharge the battery then start the firmware then
