Hope you are enjoying the 4.0 software so far, and the Zune HD!
If you have connected your device to your computer, and after a few minutes it's still not showing up, try rebooting your computer, then reconnecting your device.
We are supplying an update to the driver framework on Windows (which allows the device to connect) and this update requires a reboot of the machine. Sometimes Windows doesn't always advise of the need to reboot, so try rebooting your computer, reconnecting your device, and see if it helps. It may take a while for the framework install to complete, so on the initial connect, give it 5 minutes, then reboot your computer, and reconnect.
