turn off "welcome" on quickplay display

turn off "welcome" on quickplay display
i'd like to turn off the "welcome" message on the quickplay display.  i've looked under settings, and i see no way to disable this.  am i missing something?

At a guess: Settings > Software > General > Startup View > select Collection etc. and not Quickplay
