I had the same problem. I renamed the picture folder, changed
the folder that Zune should monitor, uninstalled and then reinstalled my software,
etc.
Because some posts and blogs stated that this was probably a
PC or Windows problem, I even used various Windows Registry fix programs, like
CCleaner and Norton 360, but nothing worked. However, I then downloaded Wise
Registry Cleaner 4.73 from Major Geeks @ http://majorgeeks.com/Wise_Registry_Cleaner_d5437.html
and used it and mysteriously that seemed to fix the problem.
