Windows 7 and DRM reset tool?
Any chance there's a version of the DRM tool that works with Windows 7?  Get a DRM error every time I try to buy a new song off the marketplace...

I'm having the exact same problem.  The reset tool is greyed out when I try to use it.  Haven't been able to find a solution (already tried opening up IE as administrator).  help!

Same here...I upgraded my cpu and broke my drm.  Now I can't reset it and my zune pass is useless.  Any ideas (other than a clean install of windows 7 rtm)?

I have got the same problem... Tried running the DRM Rest tool, but it didn't work. And also tried another solution that you rename the DRM folder, I even reinstalled the zune software 5 times... but nothing has worked yet... I'm running windows 7 pro 32bit. I would be great if someone could help us out.

Open IE by right clicking the IE icon, Run as Administrator.  The button should no longer be grayed out.
