Hi folks- many of you have reported content errors, such as album or track titles being incorrect, error in track lengths, incorrect album art, artist information and the like. We've set up a way for you to report such issues to the Zune team easily.
Please visit http://connect.microsoft.com/Zune/Feedback to access the Zune Connect portal. You can search for existing reports to see if anyone else has already reported the same issue or submit a new report if you found something in our catalog that is not yet reported.
In order to submit a report you'll need to sign in with your Windows Live ID and create a profile on Microsoft Connect, which only takes a couple of minutes. Click the "Your Profile" link in the upper right of the Connect site to create or update your Connect profile. Once you've done that you can submit a content error report by clicking "Submit Feedback" from the link above and then clicking the "Zune Catalog" link.
Please only submit actual catalog errors via the Zune Catalog form. We cannot respond to any other errors or issues submitted via this means. Inappropriately submitted reports will be closed without any response.
Other content issues or questions regarding them should be posted in this forum. Also, submitting such errors using Connect is purely optional (although it would help us out)- if you post catalog errors here in the Content Issues forum they will still be looked into.
Thank you and thanks for using Zune!
