How can I control my zune from my car stereo?

I have a 2007 Honda Fit that has the direct connect ipod capabilities and a male to male headphone auxiliry jack. Right now I use the auxiliry jack but I would like to control my zune from the stereo. I would also like to keep my stock stereo because it is decent. So i guess my question would be how can I do this without getting a new stereo? It will do it with a ipod why not zune.

By the way I googled some equipment to do this and the only one I found was a set of cables that looked jimmy rigged. It also said that you could control the zune but there would be no display on the stereo so what alot of good that would do.

Any advice on where I could get some stuff to do this properly or on any equipment coming out soon would be great.

To my knowledge there is nothing that allows the display of your Zune music on the headunit...no mfg has come out with that yet. You can check out Soundgate.com they do have Zune integration equipment depending on your make of car. I would call them and ask specific questions before you buy.

I actually prefer viewing content on my Zune screen rather than my Sony headunit in my car.

Zune is AWESOME!!...since Nov 2006 Black30GB and Pink30GB (my wifes'!!!)

Yeah I just checked it out it sounds interesting so guess you would just have some mounting device where you could see your zune when connected. It just sucks that everything is made for apple and its not that great.

If it doesn't work with your zune it means the headunit does not have a USB driver for the Zune. Probably all you can do is complain to Honda or the manufacturer of the head unit... I haven't yet seen a head unit that is field upgradeable...unfortunately.
