Who is the most influential Jazz Artist After Miles Davis?

My pick is Ornette Coleman

I know I'm skipping some heavyweights but Coleman influences so many of my favorite artists from Tortoise to John Zorn.

There's really too many to name one person. I know because Jazz is what I studied in college (got a degree in too). You could make a case for so many people -- especially after finding out the things that I have. Although, I will agree that Miles Davis would be in the Top 3 (if not first) for influence in jazz.
