Downloaded Songs

I've gotten a few songs that I downloaded awhile ago. I bought them I do not have Zune Pass. It is now telling me I do not own the rights and on top of it my history of purchases is not showing some of these songs. I have these songs on my zune though and on my computer and they used to work on my computer but now are saying that I do not own the rights. What's going wrong here? Have I missed something in the purchasing rights?

Where are you getting the error messages from; the device, or the desktop software? And post the error message code, i.e. C00D12EB.
