Please help! My Zune won't work!
|
Okay, so I was watching a music video on my Zune, and then the screen froze, so I pressed the reset buttons (down button and back button at the same time), and then a screen came up that said, "Connect Zune to PC". So I did that, and a new screen on the Zune came up and it said, "On your PC, open the Zune software and restore the Zune device firmware.". Well, I opened up the Zune software on my PC, and the computer can't even detect the Zune plugged in when the Zune isn't even working right. So how am I supposed to restore my Zune?! Does anyone know anymore buttons I could try to like turn off my Zune again, and maybe it would turn back on normally? Please help, I miss my Zune! ![Crying [:'(]](/emoticons/emotion-9.gif)
