Should my Zune be sent in for fixing or replacement?
Hello

My 120gb Zune dies when the battery life meter is half full.  I followed the instructions on this site to try and recalibrate the battery and have also reformatted my Zune.  Neither of these possible problem fixers worked.

I timed my battery and it lasts roughly six hours when charged with a USB 2.0 port from the back of my computer or my Playstation 3.

My Zune was purchased mid April and I've been toying with it trying to right it ever since.

Should my Zune be sent in for fixing or replacement?

I'd say yes.

eBay... or maybe Craigslist...    Surprise [:O]

Seriously though... you described an uncalibrated battery gauge perfectly.  If you recalibrated it correctly and it didn't fix the issue, you have a hardware problem of some sort- most likely the battery.
