Movie indulgences both YouTube and Other

I was just wondering if people could give me some good ways to upload High Definition/High Quality YouTube videos and others tht look good on the Zune screen. I have an 80 GB and I'm sure someone has asked before but I don't c any posts on tht right now. Also I prefer free programs. Thx!
