re: Waste of Money on More Things That Do Not Work

   I wasted a good $25 to be supportive of my favorite musicians. I, being a jazz musician my self, expected to be able to download all kinds of jazz charts and albums...however every time I went to purches my selections, an error message pops up and says purches can not be confirmed; use Web Help.  Web help? what kind of help is offerd here at the oh so wonderful ergonomic marketplace? Microsoft get your friggin' act together, how about putting in easier to locate music, maybe a search artist or titles browser for instents?  Just a thought...so fix my problem so i can buy music...all my software is up-to-date and there is no reason for me not to be able to buy music.

If you search the forum for the specific error code you may find a solution or a previously posted response from the Zune team.

As for the Zune Marketplace, while it can be a little slow on some occasions I find it simple and intuitive to navigate. Never saw any reference to being able to DL jazz charts though.
