When I try to open the software (which I have successfully done several times before) it gives me a message which says:
"Zune encountered a critical error and needs to close. For instructions on correcting this error, open the URL below in a web browser.

I go to the website and I followed the instructions and they didn't fix anything. Do I need to delete the software and download it again or is there a way to fix it where I don't loose all of my music?
