Zune thinks "hold" switch is on, will lock on its own..?

Yesterday I was just using my Zune like normal, when it froze up and the "locked" symbol was on even though the hold switch was on the "unlocked" position. Just out of nowhere it did this...I have to do the restart (back + up button) but it doesn't always work. Any ideas on what's going on and how I can fix this?
