I am having a problem with my 30 gig I have had it since 06-07 and have used it a lot so and never had a problem unless there was an update or zune pass issues. Now I had played until the battery was almost dead, but I had notice that it was freezing up while playing music. so I pulled my headphones off of it and set it aside till I got home from work. The a error message came up now I can't read the whole error message due to my screen is broke across the top this happened over a year ago and I have been planning on buying another one just haven't decide on which one. Now I put the zune on the computer to charge it and to add more tunes. this is where the problem began the device would not sync up to the computer, so I did a restart on the device and it went into recovery mode and now it won't update or the other message which is not enough room to update which there was a little over 2 gigs free on my device. Also doesn't it erase the content on the device. any way does any have any suggestations beside me putting it the microwave
