zune says music on deice - it's not!

zune says music on deice - it's not!

Hello,

 

I have some music in my collection - it states the music is on the device (the little icon is present) - however, the music is not on the device.

 

Can anyone help?

Find and run the media collection reset tool in the search box at the top of this page.
