WMA Rights Expiration Error

I've been experiencing two error codes among about 40 different songs.
I'm using two songs to demonstrate the problem:

- "What I Like About You" by The Romantics
Error Code C00D1371: Need to check usage rights. Please sign in to Zune Marketplace with a Zune Pass account.

-"Sugar" by System of a Down
Error Code C00D27E1: This item is no longer available at Zune Marketplace. Because of this, you can no longer play or sync it with your Zune. There might be another iteration of it available in Zune Marketplace...

Both songs as well as the 40+ others were purchased individually from the Zune Marketplace.
I have never used a Zune Pass.
I have recently upgraded to Windows 7 RC 1, but I don't believe I had this same problem when I was using the first Windows 7 Beta.

Thank you for the information. Each case of this I am forwarding to have it investigated annd will help in finding an overall solution. This was absolutely perfect.
