Dead 120 Zune

Ok, for past few weeks my Zune has acting up; it never went to standby mode, and every time I plugged it into my PC, it had to so the 3.1 firmware update. Last night, after I charged it up, the battery indicator went red, and it turned off after just a few minutes. Any ideas on how to fix this would be awesome. Thanks

I also have a dead 120. I'm still under warrenty (zune is 6 mo old) and can't get the shipping label printed and can't get the label sent. It seems the page to get that done comes back with an error message after clicking on "next." I feel ya!
