re: Cannot sync videos to original zune please help

I have the latest firmware (3.1) and all my songs always sync with no problems.  I have converted full movies off of dvd to wmv format and they do not sync to the zune.  I have uninstalled the software, I have rebooted and reformatted the zune itself numerous times.  The first time I erased everything off of my zune and I rebooted it for some reason it kept 1 video which is about 2 min long.  what i mean is when I rebooted the zune that video was the only object on the entire system.  the zune was empty but this was still in the video section.  this is the only video that the zune will recognize now.    can anyone help?

Do the videos have the correct resolution settings?  Sometimes if they are too big the Zune won't be able to play them

You can also try converting to mp4 rather than wmv, if you wish

the same situation happens with mp4s      the zune will just stay at zero percent syncing and the video will never show up.  what is the highest resolution that is available for the original zune    any other suggestions?  thanks again
