Music does not show up in collection

Hi there
I hope someone can help I downloaded some music and I cant get it to show up in my collection I have added folders, moved music files around to different locations the other music I put in the same folders show up the ones that show up have zune logo but the ones that wont show up in my collection have a VLC logo
Help please

The first question to ask is where did this newly downloaded music come from? Zune Marketplace? Some other source.
