re: Zune Games not loading onto Zune

I have looked through the FAQ and the solution is not there. I have the 120GB Zune with version 3.1 firmware, which I assume is the latest version. I also have the latest version of the software, 3.1.620. When I click on "Install Games" under Device Settings, it installs and restarts the Zune; however, the games still don't show up in the menu.

I am running Windows 7 RC, so I'm not sure if that's the problem. I have tried running in compatibility mode and running as an Administrator, and still no luck..... Any ideas?

did you restart your zune (back button + up on zune pad)?

also (as last resort) maybe try deleting everything off your zune and resync if you dont have a lot of content and are in need of the games.

I tried that and still no luck... thanks though. I don't see how deleting everything would solve the problem though... It will only delete the files and won't reinstall the firmware. I will try it, as I dont have much on loaded onto the player yet.
