re: Collection
I'm not sure what you are trying to do or what you mean by "the collection links".

If you want to rebuild your collection, you may want to use the media collection reset tool.
If you want to erase all content on your device, go to "Settings" >"device" > "SYNC OPTIONS".

You probably can find lots of thread about the topic.

Anyway, if you still have the old PC, you could simply copy the files from the old one to the new one. Then, after making sure everything on your new computer is working, I would erase all content on the device and resync. (If you don't, you may have lots of "content from other computers".)
Some other things:
Podcasts, playlists, and some other Zune-related folders may be in your "Zune (audio/video) folders" ("Settings">"software">"COLLECTION").
You have to re-subscribe & set "SERIES SETTINGS" again on your new PC.
Although I don't recommend you copy it, you could find the hidden database file of your old collection (ZuneStore.sdf) at
C:\Documents and Settings\(your user name)\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Zune

If you don't have the old PC any more, you could reverse-sync music, videos, pictures on your Zune to your new computer. However, I believe you cannot reverse-sync playlists and podcasts.
Also be aware that some content on your Zune may be downgraded: for example, pictures may be smaller than 640x480 or 480x640.
