MP3 playback distortion only on Zune

I am working on developing a podcast using Audacity. When I create an MP3 file of my audio it sounds fine on my computer, but when I put it on my Zune as music to test it out I get some distortion in the sound. I tried putting it on another MP3 player (by Creative), and it sounds fine there, too.

I have been creating the MP3 through Audacity using the Lame MP3 library. The MP3 has a sample rate of 44 khz, a bit rate of 128kpbs, and 2 channels (stereo).

Any help at all will be greatly appreciated.

Can you elaborate on the distortion. Does it sound like the volume is maxing out, there is static at the high parts, garbled sound.
