re: Disturbed...Whats your opinion?

I love disturbed, I love every one of their albums. Alot of people would say that Believe was a weak album but I think that it was more about the darkness of love and hit that subject well. Anyways, what I care about is what everyone else thinks about my favorite band. I wanna hear the good the bad and the ugly.

The singer has great vocal range and can do alot of things with his voice. But...you could put monkeys behind the drumset,guitar and bass and have the same group...

I do agree with you on the band being very weak... still some of there songs are catchy...

Disturbed is somewhere in my top 20 favorite bands. I don't like em as much as I used to, though. Maybe my musical tastes are maturing or maybe I just overplayed them. They definitely could use stronger drums and other elements, though. Saw them live at the last Rockstar Mayhem Fest and it was pretty awesome, though David didn't seem to do all that much on stage. But I can still jam to them for sure, good alternative metal, and I hear some really cool 80s influences in a lot of it. Not just sayin that cause of "Shout 2000", though.

I love them as well. I can very easily say they are my favorite band of all time, they're also the very best band I've seen live.

The instrumentals aren't terrible, but nothing to rave about. The singer doesn't have a bad voice, but I dislike them because they don't sound too original and some of their songs have some pretty vile lyrics.

Too generic. They're a solid band, but they're nothing special and aren't very creative. The singer's AAH, AHH's and weird crooning can be irritating.

I <3 Metal.

Disturbed is easily one of my favorite modern bands. I'm actually a little shocked to see that people think they are generic. I don't hear anyone that sounds like them or even puts in the harmony that they do through their chorus. I like the way they build songs and the energy that their music gives out.

Disturbed has become soft and borish and their music just as bland and borish.

I Like Disturbed alot I have seen them 4 times live # times on their first album and once on ten thousand fists

I actually like them, I like they'er new stuff better then 10,000 fists ect... but they have some good stuff.
