Zune Gone

If your zune went missing or stolen, is there any you can do cause someone stole mine and it is horrible.

The best you could do is call the police, I would imagine. I don't see why MS would take care of that.

What would MS do? The police would at least be able to try to get it back. MS would just say tough, buy a new one.

I've always thought there should be a self destruct option. You could log into your account and select 'self destruct' if your device gets stolen and the next time someone downloads the software and sync's it, the device is destroyed. I'd feel better buying a new one while knowing that no one is listening to my tunes.

I would like to see Microsoft make a feature that if this happens and your Zune gets plugged into a computer with internet (most computers), you can report your Zune as stolen and they will activate a lock in the system that disables the Zune or reports the location of it to the owner (so if they know who stole it they have proof).

Mine got stolen as well. Right out of my bag. I have no clue who took it tho. and mines a 30gb. my parents dnt kno yet and i;m aching for money right now. i need 200 dollars just for a new one.

I am sorry to here that, I told my parents I lost mine it was really stolen in school, and since school is almost out I don't think I'll ever find the person
