Marketplace is temporarily unavailable
Hello, I'm not able to use my software for months now on either machine from anywhere. Whenever I lanuch the software and try to do anything it basically says unavailable. My account is good, computers are good, network, devices, etc. But, even though it logs in and seems OK, I can't get to any resources. Not able to play or get any music. My software version is at about 301. One last thing, I do have a firewall software. I'm not sure there are exceptions added for the software. Can you offer ideas, suggestions, or help?

I'm new to this forum so please excuse me if my post is in the wrong thread, but I have a similar problem. When I open up my Zune program and try to go to Marketplace, the Marketplace tab is missing. It's simply not there. I have Collection, Social, and Device when I have my Zune plugged in, but no Marketplace tab. Can anybody help me? Thanks...
