Having problems signing in
Hi I'm having trouble signing into the zune software. When I try I get an unknown error. I clicked web help and got that code... C00D11CD


Why can't I signin

Nope none of it helped. When I try to sign in it stalls for awhile and then gives me an unknown error.

it's weird because my profile says mymusic was updated 20 minutes ago, but I can't sign in/acess the marketplace.

My zu8ne software is what doesn't let me sign in...

But I did change setteing in IE and firefox (it told me too in that link)

I just tried ressetting my computers DRM and made sure WMF 11 was updated and it still doesn't work...(customer service told me to)

Have you been able to sign in at all since this started?  Have you tried (if available) signing into a different machine?

I've been having problems signing in for over a week now,every time I try to sign into the Zune software program I get the C00D11CD error, here is part of the link with the original id...id=C00D11CD&webhelp_contextid=1&webhelp_originalid=80048051.
