30g syncing issues
I've got a 30g and for the past couple days the device won't sync properly. The device status shows me connected and when I hit the "start sync" button the device goes through the motions like its syncing properly but it won't update the usage rights to my current songs. I tried downloading an album or 2 to see what would happen. The new music shows up on my "collection" page but when I try to sync, it shows the new music as "not added" to the device. I've tried resetting the device multiple times and I even un-installed/re-installed the driver....any suggestions?

For music that goes into the 'not added' category there should be an (!) mark next to it. If you click on that mark, what error message do you get?
