Incomplete TV Series/Missing Episodes

I just downloaded Frisky Dingo Season 2, or rather, I downloaded 91 2/3% of the series. Episode 5 isn't available for download. This isn't isolated either; Frisky Dingo Season 1 is also incomplete. I'm confident that if I were to look at other series available for download I would find this to be a consistent issue, but I won't waste my time.

It's March 30th - and year 2, episode 5, STILL won't download... any idea how much longer it's going to take to get a clean download?
