not syncing
I bought a video and it went to my collection but it  didn't sync. When I went to status to try to sync it, there was no sync now button and  it says "zune is using your zune. To see sync status, close that program." What does that mean and how can I fix it? Please help. Thank You

1. Hit Ctrl-Alt-Del

2. Choose 'task manager'

3. Click on 'processes'

4. Right click on 'zune.exe' and select 'end process'

5. Repeat 4 if you see more than one zune.exe floating in the list.

6. Restart software
