man down! my zune is dead!
I've tried everything to get my zune to work again, I've tried the reboot and reformat, I've tried draining the battery then rechargeing it, I've even tried recreateing the senareo that origonally broke it, nothing works. All it dose is show the zune logo and name then after about a minute it gives me the screen 5 error (I've tried the reboot from their as well) all it dose is over heat and (if placed next to my ear)  it has about 2 louder clicks and 3 smaller clicks after the bigger ones, I'm gessing the hard drive is trying to run but cant. This all started a few weeks back when a friend of mine accedentally droped it about 4 ft on to a basketball floor, extra note it was perchaced used so I cant put the serial number up, I dont know if that little bit of info will be helpful but their it is. Now will I need to send it in or is their something I can do from my end that wont really put me out $150?
