so far ive tried disconnecting/reconnecting, restarting computer, all my usb ports, different usb cable, and so far nothing works. the zune just isnt connecting. ive tried it on my windows xp and my friend's mac and it doesnt show up there either. my old zune (which has a mostly broken screen) connects just fine so it has to be a problem with the zune itself. its 100% out of battery so i cant restart it, and i left it plugged in overnight so it apparently isnt charging. i just got it yesterday from some guy who bought it new two months ago and barely used it. idk what else to try to make this thing work.
