BACK BUTTON BROKE 8GB
the back button no longer works on my 8gb zune and its beggining to really bug me. I cant find an email for zune and i hate callin and talking to a recording. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could go to the support site and request repair (if you're still within warranty).

naw it just ended last month. what a bummer right? i mean its still oporable but like if i wanna back out i have to hold the play/pause button and like start fresh...do they have a store like the apple store? cuz i know they let u hand in old ipods and you get like 20% discount on your next purchase and i really want another zune i love this thing

If you mean Dec 08, then it should be fine to submit for repair. As for the proof of purchase, as long as the device is registered to you, things should be fine. I think they understand gifts and misplaced receipts and all.

i got mine through pepsi stuff sweepstakes they said i need a receipt. i got mine in sept 08 they said it would cost 99.00 to fix.
