i just upgraded from a Zune 8gb to a Zune 120Gb i just brought Today at Bestbuy. I opened to the zune and noticed it had dead pixels on the screen (tiny dots that are white that never change color etc), i have not updated yet since im most likely gonna take it back to bestbuy tommorrow, i didn't get the warranty yet and i was gonna get it later on cuz it cost too much like 39.99. I noticed with the zune 120Gb i could hear the hard drive sometimes after i click on things and it would make a clicking/grinding noise is that normal? i feel like this zune is very fragile and can break at any minute, if your a zune 120 owner is this really worth my money and will it break anytime zune,im kinda upset my zune came kinda defected
