I think a few of you with the Zune 30 still frozen have batteries that are just dead. You will need to replace the batteries.
Can someone with 2 Zune 30: one still frozen and the other working fine, exchange the batteries ?
You can use the batteries from iPod 5, iPod 5.5, iPod Classic and iPod Classic II in your Zune 30. if you have any of these iPods alongside your and you are good with electronics try a battery exchange between both devices.
