Reaching Customer Service??????
Does anyone have a clue on how to get in touch with a customer service rep for the Zune? Have an 80Gig Zune and am experiencing similar issues as several people, and would like to talk to a rep, but there doesn't seem to be a number anywhere to call. Thanks.

Angry [:@]  It took me 3 months to finally get a Zune Customer person on the phone and I downloaded on her for 10 minutes, apologized and she said they would send me a new user's manual, it never came nor any email address to return a cable that I bought at Amazon for $6.95...

You must understand that these assholes are Microsoft fools and when I worked at Microsoft on the miserable beta Vista, it was far worse than Zune...

Luckily the jerks are losing money, laying people off...

Does anyone know how to download a particular song from a DVD to my 8GB Zune??

Please email me at jbeatty007@hotmail.com, kindest regards, Jerry Beatty
