re: zune problems !?!

its always something wrong with something that microsoft has there has on ,i have gone through two xbox 360,s now im on my second zune .well i cancelled my xbox live and sold the xbox .if this zune crap dosent fixe itself,im cancelling everything with microsoft.even go to the mac pc.its a shame that microsoft will not fix these problems  early.but in all i  love my microsoft stuff ,i really do ,BUT DAM get on the ball or start firing some of these guys who work for micosoft and dont know what there doing ,amazing i have  1 ps3 and it still works one wii and it still works i still have my panasonic 3d0 AND it still works . sega dreamcast ,nintendo gamecube ,/64/ds/gameboy/and they all still work.but xbox [sigh]what the hell .its a shame ,a sad shame........ sigh.
