Me too!!!
My 30G froze up sometime overnight and I have had no answer from ms yet. I wonder how many of us are having the same problems? Maybe all 30g owners? Hmmm...what can we do?

all 30G owners affected, just kinda sit here and wait for microsoft to send us a box to sned it back to them and get it fixed
